Report from Public Prosecution of the Ingush Republic on the Killing of Natalya Mudarovaya 07.09.2007 15:58

Today at around 12:50 nearby building No. 12 on Islamskaya Street in the town of Nazran unidentified persons committed the killing by shots from an automatic firearms weapon of the chief doctor for the blood transfusion station, Natalya Fedorovna Mudarovaya, born 1949. The perpetrators disappeared in an unknown direction in a VAZ-2107 vehicle without a number plate.

The town of Nazran’s investigative section of the investigative directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Public Prosecution of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Ingushetiya has opened a criminal case on the elements of a crime stipulated in part 1 of clause 105 and part 2 of clause 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (killing, illegal acquirement, storing and possession of a firearms weapon and ammunition).

Fragments of metal bullets, allegedly of 7.62 calibre, have been confiscated from the scene of the crime.
